Sina Sibler Art is committed to ensuring you have a positive experience with our artwork. Please review our shipping and return policies below to understand your rights and responsibilities as a valued customer.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

  • Shipping Method: Domestic orders are shipped via NZ Post. Original artwork is sent via Signed For delivery to ensure it is insured and protected. A signature is required upon receipt.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed once a week, typically on Fridays.

  • Delivery Time: Expect delivery within 3–5 business days from the processing date.

  • Local Pick-Up/Drop-Off: Available for customers within a reasonable distance of our Te Anau studio. Contact us for arrangements.

International Shipping

  • Shipping Method: International orders are shipped via NZ Post or another secure carrier. Original artwork may be shipped without frames to reduce the risk of damage.

  • Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or import fees upon delivery. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed once a week. Estimated delivery times will be communicated.

Packaging

All artwork is carefully wrapped with bubble wrap and reinforced to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping details for original artwork will be discussed with customer before shipping.

  • Shipping costs for other products and international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and size.

Tracking

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

Delivery Information

  • We aim to deliver all orders within 30 days of purchase. If unforeseen delays occur, we will notify you promptly.

  • If you fail to accept delivery at the specified location, additional costs for storage or reshipping may apply.

Returns and Refunds

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition with secure packaging.

  • Exclusions: Custom and commissioned artwork cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Process

  1. Contact us via email to initiate the return process and we will notify you about the address.

  2. Ship the artwork back Te Anau, New Zealand. Ensure the shipment is tracked, as you are responsible for the artwork until it arrives.

  3. Once received and inspected, we will process a refund minus the original shipping costs (if applicable).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damage for assessment.

  • We will arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Right to Cancel

Under New Zealand law, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of purchase without providing a reason, except for:

  • Custom or commissioned artwork.

  • Items mixed inseparably with other goods.

To cancel, notify us in writing (email) within the cancellation period. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Risk and Title

Ownership and risk transfer to you upon delivery. Until full payment is received, Sina Sibler Art retains ownership of the goods.
